The Real Estate Department works with several major developers, title, and mortgage companies on a regular basis. They are dedicated to performing closings in the most time efficient manner possible.
Further, ESW has experience in the areas of landlord-tenant law, helping landlords with collection and eviction issues, and throughout the litigation process if needed. ESW has also helped tenants fight unjust landlords in providing to the full extent of lease agreements.
