Jennifer "Jennie" Pickett has been practicing law in the area of civil trial defense for the past 25 years.  She has experience in trying both jury and non-jury trials to successful conclusions.  Her primary areas of practice include personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability and trucking accidents. 

Jennie is a member of the Alabama and Birmingham bars.  She is also licensed to practice in the Northern,  Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. She writes articles for the Birmingham Bulletin and the Alabama Lawyer.   

Jennie is married to her husband, Dan, and has two children, Charlie and Lillian.  She's an active member of her church and teaches third and fourth grade Sunday School. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and watching Alabama football.
